I am so happy i've found this websight. The racism and evil seemed insermountable at times. It is good to know that there are decent human beings that can see this for what it is, and are willing to stand for something. Thank you.

I agree with you wholeheartedly. There is injustice all across America and the time has come for it to be exposed.

Racism is an 'Ugly Beast' that must die.

The fight for justice and equality in America has spawned mixed emotions as tens of thousands of protesters marched on the town of Jena, Louisiana. The protest in Jena serves a two-fold purpose for those involved in any type of struggle: First—it clarifies that racism is still a reality and it is still thriving in America’s dark alleys, which are representative of towns like Jena, Louisiana. Secondly—it serves to give courage and hope to those who are involved in struggles of injustice.

Racism is a big ugly beast that is still lurking in the shadows of America’s not so distant history. It is a rebellious beast that is determined to be disobedient to the law set forth in the Constitution that governs America. It is an unjust beast that has no regard for justice in the land that claims freedom and justice for all its citizens in its pledge of allegiance.

As proof that racism is still alive, when trapped, the beast does what any living thing would do to preserve its own life—it fights relentlessly.

For the benefit of those who have forgotten, as well as those who do not know, freedom is not free and injustice is overcome in unity. The tens of thousands of African-Americans who descended on the town of Jena have proven that unity is a weapon that can subdue the ugly beast.

I honestly think all parties involved should be punished. It's unfair that only these kids are being targeted by the law, and it seems the white kids in question are equally responsible for this situation. But none-the-less, the Jena 6 still committed a crime.
