It it isn't, this fellow needs some 101 on fair and justice. The case of the Jena 6 spews with racism. The "prank" is just the insult, but the injury is what came after it. For example, when one black student was beat up by a group of white people at a party, only ONE PERSON was arrested and this guy received probation as his punishment. However, when black students beat up 1 white kid, SIX students get charged with SECOND DEGREE MURDER. Any intelligent person can tell that fairness and justice were not on the mind of the District Attorney. Do yourself a favor and start reading before you open your mouth. If it had been 6 white guys that beat up a black guy the Rappin Reverend and all his homies would be out in their Malcolm X shirts, trying to keep them behind bars, calling it a hate crime and white supremacy...blah blah blah. He did his time and I will give him that, but we should not praise the fact that they let a convicted felon out early. He's just another kid gonna go murder someone else and use this as a sob story.
